β β β β β Booking for appointment & register were a breeze but I would not recommended to take their FOC carwash. My car got dirtier after the carwash LOL!

β β β β β This is my first time experience service in this service centre . Facilities are good, with refreshment area (provided coffee , biscuits with cold or hot water dispenser) for those customer service their car, comfortable waiting area they are provided.
But , my experience was bad , called for booking at 3:30pm, reached there around 3:40pm , their staff told me that they donβt received any call from me , and if I insist on want to service my car , they are not able to provide car wash service for me , saying that service car taking 2 hours . Their working hours is until 5:00pm.
I was wondering why service car need take long time , and that time no car when I entered in the workshop . I saw my car like 15min done service car and parking at the waiting area .
Thing to be improved : they should advise customer during the phone call for booking , they are not able to receive any booking for 3:30pm customer/daily . Iβm not sure about that , how long they need to be done for a car wash. They are not try their best to do for me , just want me to accept if without car wash ok for me or not . Maybe they may offer me for exterior car wash , but not enough time for interior vacuum.
