Family used / business used / city road used / off road used), documentation, processing, car registration, initialization to car upon receiving and after sales service.
She are helpful, charming and ready to help always despite to her busy schedule.
I compared several sales offices and agents before the purchase. However, her positive attitude and passionate had outshine to others. Despite to my trustworthy to Toyota.
I would recommend her for others and she deserve more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from MS Wendy. As a second-hand car owner, I do have a lot of doubts when transitioning from old car to new car. Wendy is very knowledgeable, responsible and helpful throughout the processes. She clear out all my doubts and assist me all the time from finding a dealer, offering the best resale value, sealing the deal. She is the person I can give full trust on her, all i need to do is just passed her my car keys and show up to sign the documents, at the same day money are received from the sold car -it's an absolute breeze. Due to the reason I have sold my car before the arrival of my new one and she is kind enough to offer me a ride back and forth during the day my new car was arrived. Funny and surprising thing that I was clumsy enough to left my apartment carpark access card in my second hand car and the car has been sent nowhere. She still able to contact the buyer and get back my card! Superb services la, highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a pleasant experience overall purchasing a brand new car with Wendy as my sales advisor. Almost all the models including different specs are available for a test drive and clients would then be able to make comparisons which I find it very impressive!
Her service is exceptional and she goes beyond what a sales person would usually do. For example, thinking about her customer's convenience when collecting the vehicle, she offered to drive us to the showroom (I live quite a distance away) which I thought that was very nice.
Explanation on the general functions (pretty detailed) of the car was made clearly and with the Covid19 virus times, she has provided an option for her customers to understand the features of their car through videos and photos. Commendable effort - she created these materials from scratch on her own! Within reasons, Wendy will do her best to arrange requests from her customers for their car with patience.
Look no further if you intend to buy a brand new car from Toyota especially if you are in Penang as Wendy will take you through the process and I am confident that it will be smooth sailing.
I would also take this opportunity to thank her for her brilliant work. Thank you Wendy!
