Open during Phase 1 for vehicle servicing. Best to get appointment upfront as lots of owners still coming for repairs.
Ample parking available.
Good service from customer reps but expect slow service during peak hours.

however , I am still waiting for confirmation of the further processing my car's paints and body repairing work.
if everything run smooth, the remaining two stars will be given .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Previously the service from this centre was not bad, that's why I chose to service my car for 3rd time here but the current one is the worst.
I sent my car in at the appointed time, however, another customer and I were waiting more 10 minutes at the entrance of the service department without any assistance.
The bizzare thing was, less than 100 metres away from the entrance was a group of technicians and an officer, ignoring us while talked loudly and laughed happily. And I believed that they must have SEEN us that time cuz one of them turned his head and looked at us for a few seconds before turning back and continue his story!!! ?
I could understand if everyone was busy, but they seemed to have their own tea break, sat together chit-chating with each other, left us standing and watching helplessly. Maybe because I didn't wear anything that is bright enough to capture their "attention" ?
I only got my assistance when I voiced out in front of customer service desk.
And the worst thing was, they gave me back my car without wash and vacuum.
I already stated out, loud and clear, that I want my car to be washed and vacuumed right after the service. I even paid for that! After waiting for 4 hours, my car still looked the same, like before I sent it in.
The officer even promised, saying that I could get my car after 2.30pm bcs they could only do cleaning after 2pm. If you guys couldn't deliver the promise, then don't offer that!!
I had wasted my time, hoping my car to be in GOOD condition! And what I got in the end were utterly speechless with the undelivered service and helpless waiting from you!
I guess no more from you next time, totally disappointing, extremely bad experience from you. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car service is reasonably good and comparable to most other Toyota locations. However, a key thing that can improve in this service location (S&D Tama) is how to capture the customer's issues (concerning the car) into the system. This is the second time (weekday and weekend) I came to this location and both times the service advisors said they were unable to address those issues in view of the timing. Fine, but how about entering those issues into the system and then arrange an appointment with the customer? No, apparently, the customer has to make a separate appointment again with the service center, and repeat the issues all over again! Can Toyota improve on this aspect? Also, other Toyota service locations I went to, do look into issues other than basic car service, so why not this S&D Tama location? Probably, my last visit for service in this location....
