β β β β β ON 28/7/2020οΌ I received a notication in app to inform me my car is done service and read to collect...
to double confirm my car is ready to collect, i call again on 29/7/2020 around 12pm++ and the staff there mention; yes ur car is ready to collect right now... afterward i arrange my father collect my car on behalf for me... when my father reach, a malay staff come and serve my father and told him the car i not ready yet! need to wait until 2pm!
Then my father ask the staff, why you told us the car is ready to collect, then we arrange come to collect now. The staff reply my father with very bad attitude and no manner way. This is not the first time this kind of thing happened, that's why i called to double confirm everytime. This made my father complaint to me and wasting his time waiting there.
Kindly improve your staff quality / training, kinda wasting our time and paying you guys with this kind of service as "return"!!! SUCK!
I won't pay a visit to TOYOTA SELAYANG SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN!

β β β β β Poor services. My booking was at 1030 hours and I reached at 1015 hours . 1040 hours attended by service advisor and told the job will be ready at 1230 hours . At 1300 hours my car not in the waiting list for service . I was told 1300 hours is the lunch time so have to wait till 1400 hours for my car to go into the service bay. Disappointed I drove my car out from the service centre.

β β β β β Bad service centre. Have appointment at 8:30am. Reach there and check in at 8:20am. Est delivery time written is 10:30am. After 10:30am i came down and check. My car still in the parking lot and have not driven in for service. Ask them why, cannot answer me. At 10:45am only there drove in and start service. Comleted at 11:40am and i still need to wait for 28 minutes to make payment.
