★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication! Issued PO & paid for deposits but orders left pending for over 6 months. No response over email, even when follow up over phone calls always give excuses will call back, staff will email back etc but back to silence
Demanded for full payment but absolutely zero delivery. If you couldn't execute the client's order - do let us know BEFORE you forced us to pay for deposits. Wanted custom colors that is compliance with the company's branding, before we made payment they over promised "yes can" and after payment "no we don't have custom colors"
Better to look for other suppliers!
