★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience during my whole recruitment process. Staff were very friendly, especially Viknesh was very helpful during the entire process. Helped me even in a very small matter like sending me a reminder for my interview with my new company. He even replied me on the spot when I had an enquiry at around midnight. He was very humble and polite. I would rate him 5 star if I could do so ??. Overall, TRIIIO is a great recruitment agency where they try to get you a job which suits you.

He was always there and willing to address my concerns even outside working hours. He provides great tips and really took time to understand my needs and considered my future career goals. Personally, my recruiter is Leah, and she went out her way to not only give tips throughout my journey on looking for a job, but also checking on my experiences as well.

She will try to understand what the candidate really wants, find out their strength and weakness then only will share the job opportunities that really match the candidate unlike some recruiter that just share the job opportunities based on the candidate salary expectation regardless of their client requirements.
Besides that, she would keep me updated on the job application status unlike some other recruiter that I've encountered which they don't bothered to follow up or get back to you after the interview.

Long version: Leah from TRIIIO is hands down the most professional, down-to-earth, polite and understanding recruiter I have ever dealt with in my professional working career as a Software Engineer. From reaching out to potential employers to my receiving of the offer letter, she was with me every step of the way. The most notable thing Leah assisted me with is drafting my cover letter which she would use to send to potential employers. She took down notes during our initial conversation regarding my expectations for my next job and qualms about my then-current job, and translated it into a professional, accurate written cover letter that clearly states my achievements, career aspirations and expectations. This was a game-changer to me because of the amount of effort she puts into your personal branding. She has a warm personality and is understanding to your plights, yet straightforward and honest with the hard facts. To add to this point, another great thing about Leah compared to some other recruiters is that after understanding my position, she never made me feel like my expected benefits was too demanding or try to change it. In fact, I loved that she actually encouraged me and stood firm with what I wanted from the beginning. Besides that she is very responsive to my queries and very proactive in updating me on all steps of the later interview processes.
