I would say I am one annoying candidate. I am not able to decide on my career's direction but she portrays a lot of patience by listening to my needs and clarifying my doubts. Very approachable, friendly, and given professional advice at all stage of the process right up to receiving a job offer. She's like my therapist through out the process. She listen to all my doubts and assisted me on choosing the right decision. I think she is thinking what is the best for both me and the company. She did not just convince me to that offer but listen to my need and providing unbiased opinion on what should I do. Thank you so much Florie. Through out the process, you talked to me like a friend. And I do feels like it must be a fun place to have a colleague like you around.
Being a hiring manager now, this had caused me having unconscious bias that I prefer candidate source by Robert Walter better than any other agency due to the fact on how Florie assisted in my hiring. She does not simply provide a candidate to the client, but she ensure both party will get what they are looking for and I can assure that the candidate that is being source to us is a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in contact with Florie Mae Salazar for about 3 months now and I'd like to say this is one of the best recruitment experience I've had. I've been approached by few other agencies but I can say their engagement were poor. They'd ask for my CV/Resume, have a short call and if not selected by the client I just get ghosted. No updates without me prompting and asking. I know they could be very busy, but so are we. Florie has kept me updated (and kept in contact with client for updates) throughout the process and went through a few clients until we found a good match. She's very encouraging and understands our skills and needs and is able to articulate that into a suitable matching profile. Like someone else mentioned in the reviews, I'd probably be biased to select Robert Walters in the future for my own recruitment. I've been through other agencies for hiring before, but they were not effective, just dumping resumes without filtering in detail and looking at a good fit. Good job, and keep it up! I'd love to work with Robert Walters again in the future.
