Very professional trainer

I am at my 10th session with Dom! Loving the results I am seeing, will definitely continue with them!

Anyone who is looking for gym coach to improve their health or appearance, I would strongly recommend Trinity Ludus. First, I would like to start this off with my experiences looking for training sessions at different gym centers and I couldn’t find any other that’s more professional than Trinity that provided me the essential information and piece of advice that I need to know as a complete newbie to bodybuilding. One of the reasons is they plan your trainings and diets according to ur health conditions, which means unlike others that have the fixed training schedule and meal plan. “Everything Is Customized Just For U!” I was told to have my blood test done for them before signing myself up for their training programme. After that, I got my meal plan one week before my first class, Imagine That how efficient they are! Hold on, did I just miss out that ur meal plan will be arranged by a very experienced nutritionist? Well, everyone calls him DOM at the center and he is a professional and skillful trainer as well. He wasn’t the trainer I was under, though. Since I’m new to bodybuilding and having a more defined appearance is my goal and I don’t really plan to go like super big or beefy, so I was arranged under a Junior trainer and his name is Aiden. He is from Thailand who’s been living here for over 10 years and speaks very fluent mandarin just like Malaysian Chinese do. He is a great and very understanding coach because he wouldn’t push you too far if he knew that u had already tried ur best and he would gv as much support as possible to help u finish off the remaining reps. However, he can be like a granny who will keep nagging at u if he finds out u cheat (not following the diet as planned), which is good of course. Piece of advice, don’t let him know u cheat even if u do (totally understandable HAHAHA, hard to control sometimes). Other side bout this granny, tho he is a good listener who listens to all ur questions and give u recommendations. Don’t get me wrong when I called him granny, this shows how friendly he actually is that I could call him this way ;D!!! Above are my experiences joining Trinity and all I can say is this is an amazing place with all necessary equipment from overseas and really targets all the body muscles. Maybe u might be wondering if there could be somewhere better than here, I mean after reading my review why should u crack ur head further and waste ur precious time looking :D?
