Today, took my pom ​​to claws vet because of joint problem. My pet ​​is more afraid of people and resists seeing a doctor. Before this taking her to other vet she was so afraid and uncontrollable. So after do some research and ask my friend she intro me to come over here. GREAT! The doctors here are really patient and caring. I have told the doctor that my dog ​​is more timid. There is a female doctor and a male helper who are really loving, all of their staff are so friendly?? They have their skill to let your pet won’t be so scare and they will explain very details what happen to our pet and what to do everything. Good job!

Trusted & Reliable. My dog had a lump at the side of his body. After some medication, the lump burst by itself & the wound perfectly cured. The vets are very detailed in explaining to my family about the possibilities. We're grateful to meet them as we were given a few options to try out first, unlike some other places which would suggest to board or do surgery immediately, as what I've been told my some friends whose pet had similar experiences. Highly Recommended!

I would like to know is it a normal practice for this clinic to administer medication to animals without the blood report on hand ? My dog has died after a visit to your clinic. I am NOT HAPPY about it. Why didn't you doctors wait for the blood report and why wasn't the medicine communicated to the owner before injecting? What was the hurry ? Impression given, it's a 1/2 day and need to close the clinic! Might as well close it for the day if unable to handle the traffic flow of patients! Calling up the next day to explain the blood report would be useless as only lots of medical jargon uttered! It might not seem as much to you, but these are life long companions to some of us. My suggestion for future sessions on dealing with people's pets; please if you honestly don't have the time to treat these precious ones, please don't do it! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! NEVER WILL! The damage has already been done! Please don't use reasons and medical jargon to dismiss it and as always stop blaming the owners. The vet knows very well last minute rushing was not going to help. Could have held on or communicated before giving the medicine. Your clinic came upon recommendation from a good Vet who was unable to attend to my pet that day, and who has been her vet for a long time and never had any so called issues. Many people have given negative reviews about your services, so tell me am I the only one who thinks so. No vet will claim they have done a mistake so don't try and push the blame on us as well. Vet could have waited instead of dumping the medicines in her. All the information was at home in her card, in a panic and rush it was left here, so please don't think we have no dates of her jabs, heartworm, etc,s for dehydration, there are 3 water bowls close to her and she had been drinking water...and as for rushing her to the hospital, shortly after sending the vet the message, she had passed on, tell me, would that journey of rushing her to another facility saved her ? No point in pointing the fingers to each other as the damage has been done and cannot be undone. Also please have some professionalism, don't refer to your patients as " our friend " just like all of us they have a name given to them, please, please use that and even the details in the report, as simple as the name of the owner and pet is wrong. Please try to understand your patients and their owners, try to be human first before being a vet! Rest assured will still not be recommending your services to anyone and have also informed our vet about this recommendation. It's our mistake for we took her to a vet who had not been treating her, therefore your vet was not aware of her medical history. We all have karmic accounts in this world, we consider it closed with you and your clinic. Thank you much for the experience.

Customer friendly staffs. Very responsive in whats app. My little one was handled well during vaccination. Doctor was able to respond politely and in a friendly manner on queries. Overall i am a very satisfied doggo mom after my visit at claws. And not forgetting the reasonable price for vaccination. Well done team. Keep up your wonderful service. Health wise my number one preference will always be claws. ?

Brought my 8 week old puppy, a lab x golden retriever here today as he had some red patches on him. Totally loved it here. It's so clean, organized and the staffs are so so polite, nice and understanding of your worries. The doctor who saw my puppy today, unfortunately I did not get her name, was so detailed and friendly. I am a first time pet owner, she explained so much to my husband that we are changing the place for his upcoming vaccinations the previous vet I went to was dirty and not much explanation at all was given, I thought all vets would be like this. Claws really made an impression, however I definitely wish there was more than 1 vet at a time, to speed up the queue.

The clinic refused to sell antibiotics and medications for my dog despite showing them the samples of medications dispensed by another vet hospital which was located more than 10 km away. In compliance with MCO3 SOP, I cannot travel inter district. The vet wanted my dog to be brought to their clinic. Moreover, I was shocked when told to pay RM150 which they claimed I owed them since my last visit a few years' ago. I advised them that I have paid cash previously and that they should update their records accordingly. They asked me whether I have the receipt to show proof of payment previously which was a few years back. Not recommended due to their treatment of their customers who can feel humiliated to pay for previous treatment which they purportedly claimed that I owed them. They should upate their records upon payment.

went here 7july. consult with dr woman young indian, i think dr nesha ?? or i forgot her name. but she's so kind with patient and my cat, so friendly and very very good. explain to me abt my cat condition, etc. very good. i got 5meds + consultation for rm68 ? very worth the money and affordable. will update my review next week to see if my cat condition is getting better
