The best thing is parking only RM1 for 3 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of this mall is the parking as they charge only 1RM for first 3 hours.
The mall has merchandise, medicine, gadget, grocery stores along with restaurants, a food court (not really good), play area for kids.

Easily accessible by public transport,get off at Surin station.There is an exit connects to the mall.
Fully covered and avoid sun and rain.
Facilites and Varieties
The mall is quite new,spacious and clean.
Modern design.
The ground floor full of different eateries,from food truck style to restaurants.
Soybean,Taco Belly(long queue),A Beauty in a pot,Burger Kings,Sushi…..
Two popular Japanese shops,Donki (Two Floors) and Daiso(so far the biggest I have been).
Sports brands,Bookstores,Fashion,Hair and Beauty.
The top floor is the exhibition centre.
Inside the mall,there is an area like kids playgrounds.
Overall a nice shopping mall to walk around and not crowded. But there are 1/3 of space are vacant.If they are fully occupied,it will be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally the food court just opened, called BIG food street. Unlike the name, it's not as big as it is to me. At least its bright and clean being the brand new now. As of now, it has about the half of the shop lots opened, such as typical Malaysian minum shop, noodles, fried rice, chicken rice, tepanyaki, mamak style Indian food etc
The food court is next to the cinema GSC on 3rd floor, so if you go to the cinema, you might like to check out here what food you would like to grab before or after the film.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short visit so review as is. New, big, spacious, not crowded even though it was a Sunday over the Vesak Day long weekend.
Many variety of shops and eateries including Taco Bell & Little Penang Cafe.
Will revisit for sure.
Parking car took a bit of effort. Most Malaysians drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ +1 huge and clean mall, still fairly easy to social distance. Parking is RM1 at the moment with easy tapping in & out via touch n go card.
+1 Accessible via SURIAN MRT as well.
+1 clean toilets. Each toilet have a number to contact if dirty.
+1 donki here is nice and easy to browse compared to their first outlet.
Unlike 1U, there’s no safe ventilation guideline offered so mall management should look into that considering COVID is an airborne virus. Most of the spaces are still not occupied. LG level have small food business vendors not seen elsewhere, and level 3A have some branded clearance sales. So far is acceptable to browse around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy and merry - that you can explain of fewer lower levels at this mall. At certain time, it is not too packed and you can hang around easily. However you will notice the higher level like level 3 is quieter as there are few outlets are still unoccupied. The decorations of the mall are chic, certainly attract the young people for more shots for selfies or social media content

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a crowded place. Lack of shoes retail shops. There still got many vacant shop lots. Got two Apple stores in a mall. ? So you can come here for purchasing Apple products.
De Factor clothes are very nice. Purchased ten pieces of clothes only cost me not more than RM160.
Very unique and lovely decorations for Chinese New Year. Got golden tree.
