★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic chinese cuisine and good varieties on and off menu dishes you can choose from. My favourites are the pork soft bones stew, preserved veggies (mui choy) fried kai lan, Sam See fried glass noodles. Seasonal dish such as BBQ iberico ribs is fantastic too.
On another occasion we ordered an australian lobster. It was very fresh and we all love the fried yi min (noodles) with claws, full of flavour and aroma of the lobster.

Restaurant is spacious with private rooms for private functions, closes daily at 9.30pm. They're open for dine-in in phase 2 on September. SOP is strictly enforced, fully vaccinated only can enter

The Hargow and Siewmai were tasty and well done.
The Siew-loong Pau were particularly nice and conveniently served in aluminium cups.
The yam dumplings/Wu Kok were presented in Swan facsimile and were quite delicious.
The fermented soy pork buns were also different but delicious.
Service was friendly and efficient.
Overall, a nice place for a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay but the reception is very poor, call in today to book a table, she sound rude, when told her is 4 pax, she repied "4 pax jar!?" As if booking of 4 pax is like wasting her time. When we arrived there, i notice my name was wrongly written as CK Yap, a guy usher us in but he walked a bit fast in front, but a lady from reception suddenly turn around and rudely stopped us going in by questioning us whether have we book, as if we have walked in without her permission. What a restaurant! With this type of staff, you are chasing your customers away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimsum is a fresh and "crispy", recommend. Dishes are well perpared and nicely presentated. Food portions are generous. Fresh and delicious.
Customer service had a big gap with their projected standard. Start with reception, no one care for incoming customer, refer us to a manager but no one there.. we waited for good 5 minutes, and the staffs kept walked past us. When asking for bill, waited for another good 10 minutes and no one bring it to is, had to walk to casher to make payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there around 12 noon for dim sum. Ugly interior design and Packed with people. Service is too slow and i waited 30 minutes for my food.
The roasted pork is very crispy and meat is soft. The rest is not so good. Quite limited selection of dim sum.
My dessert did not arrive yet they marked it as served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for dinner on the third day of CNY, place was packed but we were seated swiftly even with no reservation. The servers were overwhelmed with the large crowd and service can definitely be improved with extra hands, but despite the gap in service, the food was yummy and portion was generous. The highlight of the day was the steam 七星斑 and prawns! Fish so tender and prawns cooked to perfection, huge too! The asparagus with lily bulbs was also refreshing with macadamia nuts and crunchy. Overall an enjoyable dining experience and recommended!
