★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this homestay because of 3 top reasons:
1A) Clean
2A) Landlord lives nearby so he can come to support any technical issues ASAP
3A) Quite complete furnishing of the house
I hope the Landlord will consider these suggestions for improvement:
1B) Install another shower heater in the 2nd bathroom
2B) Install drinking water purifier, just a cheap Panasonic filter next to the kitchen sink
3B) Split-unit A/C in 2nd bedroom so that the portable A/C unit can be used at living room all d time, less hassle for guests to drag the portable A/C from bedroom to living room & vice versa
4B) Provide some bigger food serving utensils like big bowls, big food trays for guests coming in a big group
Nevertheless, thanks to En Ismail & Pn Roslina for their warm hospitality towards my family.. May Allah bless your family too.. This homestay is definitely value for money...

Its comfy and spacious with well-epuipped kitchen and additional mattress.....plus very close to nearby shops and eateries.
