I didn't expect the welcoming was so warm and they assigned an experienced sale staff by the name Miki to entertain me. My budget was lower but after she explained the specification on few units, I decided to go for a higher end. It's a good bargain I got and also have compared the price with others. My earlier TV was bought from its branch 5 years ago where has some sound problem. They look into my problem and arranged a technician to repair the speaker. It was done in 2 hours. That's what I called an excellent services after sale. So I will recommend to anyone who wants to purchase their household electrical appliances there. Best deals and yet high standard of services rendered. ???
