★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed out on the chances to buy in 1st phase but manage to get it tho the price is increasing but it is really worth it. The location is somehow really strategic tho not many are aware of especially who frequently do business around KLCC, Pavillion (12-13 minutes), IKEA Damansara, One Utama, Tesco Damansara, (13 minutes), TTDI(12 minutes), Midvalley (15minutes). The price for just around RM450k-700k(progression price 2018) which no one able to get that such offer especially in this market. The cons is public transfer(MRT) walking distance 17minutes.
