★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the address on Google is wrong. It's actually on Level 1. Luckily i checked the address on their instagram account otherwise I'd have gone home empty-handed. The address at IPC is not even provided on their website huhu. I wish this would be corrected because the address for their i-city store is provided on their website tho.
Nevertheless I'm still happy that i was able to make my purchases in store, of which the pieces I was interested were OOS online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought wayfarer spain as a gift to my sister and paid for a runner to collect the shawl there and send it straight away to her house. Received the shawl without a proper packaging where no box is included. Contacted the staff on the issue and to my surprise, she gave us 2 options, it’s either we have to collect the box in the office but they can only give the previous wayfarer collection box during the weekdays. 2nd option is we’ll need to pay for the postage fee just to get the box when this is not even our fault at the first place. Why do we need to pay for a runner when at the end we’ll need to pay for the shipping fee again? Why won’t the staff check it prior passing the item to the runner? And now, we have to bear the postage fee and all. Still wanted to blame the runner for their obvious mistake. Notification showed the runner was there at 2.09 pm and collected it around 2.15 pm. I already informed the staff at 1.51 pm on the delivery arrangement and they supposed to have it prepared for it to be collected. Very bad customer service and can’t even find a complaint page in their website to file a complaint. Why do we have to pay twice when we already chose and paid for same day delivery? Worst customer service ever and still wanted to blame others when it is clearly their fault. Paid for such an expensive shawl and received a very bad customer service from the stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly & helpful staff. Only issue i have is with the lighting, its a bit too dim - so it's very difficult to see the actual color of the scarves. Friendly staff acccompanied me with the scarves to the next store so i could compare colors..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to bought handsocks. Those were for my mum and myself. I asked the staff if I am able to change the size if its small(for my mum), and she said okay. Went the next day to exchange the size. Staff took quite long to check scan etc cos she seemed unsure but ended up wasted my time, by saying that I can't change the size.
Whats the gap here that each of your staff does not align with the exchange policy? Not sure if I will come here ever again. Wasted my time.
