An pretty impressive home maker's outlet store where one can find a wide variety of home decor ranging from bedding, mattresses, dining sets, display cabinets, electrical appliances, gadgets including some big ticket items. Display in divided into 2 separate floors and housed mainly popular and branded merchandise. Prices are very competitive and market valued. Staffs are very well trained and courteous which makes browsing and shopping here a very pleasant experience. Recommended for those looking to add something new in their home.

I like the outlet layout. It's very organised and neat. The staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't stick to me all the time. They allowed time and space for me to consider and browse. They came to me when I had inquiries. Because I bought quite a number of kitchen appliances, they got a staff to help moving things into my car. What a wonderful experience!

Pathetic costumer service. It should be called customer disservice. Was made to wait for 15 minutes because the responsible person moved out from his desk even though he saw us waiting for him to register our complaint for a faulty product. Had to go around the store looking for him and literally drag him back to his desk. Took him another 15 minutes to register the complaint because his computer wasn’t working. They can’t service their own equipment, and we expect them to take care of ours. Offered us to take a walk around the store to kill time while he fixes the computer. Promised to return the product in one week but took a month after several painstaking phone calls. Google should give options for rating below one star. They don’t deserve even one.

Huge & bright outlet. Good spot to window shop for latest gadgets & electronics. Also for reviewing prices. Occasionally some good deals. Staff are hit & miss. Some helpful while others try their best to avoid working.

I paid RM7,550 for a brand new Asus Zenbook Duo UX482E-GHY269TS at IPC collected on 5/3/2022 and found out it’s a critically defective laptop immediately when I started using it at home. The screen is super dull and yellowish, it always turns blur-ish randomly the whole time, and the touch screen always auto enables it back by itself when it’s been disabled. Raised the issue to the store but staff and manager were not helpful. At first they acknowledged the issue but asked me to go home (my 2nd visit 11/3/2022 as they couldn’t serve me earlier saying it was stocktake day before) and run Windows update as they believed it was due to outdated Windows however issue still persists and I took it back to the store. When I took the laptop back to store (3rd visit 14/3/2022) to show them the defects they took quite a while to be β€œconvinced” even tho they already saw the issue in store on 11/3/2022 and said that they will get Asus guy who will be in store the next day to take a look at mine. Apparently they didn’t show it to the Asus guy and later claimed that he/she was just a sales person. They asked me to go to store again next day 16/3/2022 to show them the defects AGAIN before they decided to take it to Asus Service Centre for a check. So I had to make my 4th visit just to show them the defects again which they could see it themselves without me being there. After the 1st service I was informed that Asus has done some change on performance setting and fixed the issue and your staff Mr Hon also confirmed on WhatsApp about the fix (when I double checked with him) and told me to collect on 18/3/2022. So I made my 5th visit to store and instantly saw the issue still persist obviously. Hon and another staff now started to pretend they can’t see the issue. Until I had to place the laptop next to the display demo unit in store and have the 2 units open an identical window to show them which was kinda ridiculous. Staff in store that are not involved selling the laptop to me could see the obvious defects of the laptop (even talked to me about it) even a few customers that approached to look at it, yet Hon and Sam Lai the (IT) store manager tried to ignore and said they don’t see the defects. From Harvey Norman's exchange policy, what they should/could have done is to replace with a new unit but they refuse to do so. After the comparison between the display unit and the defective one side by side, they only then willing to take in to Asus Centre for the 2nd time (this time together with display unit). So I gave them a 2nd chance to resolve the matter. After a few follow-ups with Hon, I was then informed to visit the store (again) for "collection", my 6th visit 22/3/2022 TODAY. Hon advised that Asus has done a restore/reset on the laptop and problem fixed. To your (not) surprise, issues obviously remain! However Hon and Sam said they don’t see anymore issue and asked me to bring the laptop home!! TBH why would I be so patient with all their BS from buying a defective laptop just to get it fixed?? If no more new stock of the same model available for replacement, a refund is reasonable plus I’m flying to overseas soon but have to keep up with all their BS making me to visit the store indefinitely. Harvey Norman’s job (not customers') is responsible to deal with Asus and point out the issue, instead of asking the customer to take the defective laptop home whenever Asus reported no issue and throw it back to the customers. You’re the one selling and customers are the one buying and paying you. Now Hon asks me to go with him tomorrow 23/3/2022 to Asus Centre to explain the defects. Seriously, this is what I paid for the service, is my own service. He even gave me an evil grin when he said go with him to Asus centre tomorrow. Obviously Hon and Sam are trying to ignore the issue and agree to whatever Asus report result and do not want to fight back because it’d end up a refund/exchange and their commission may revert. I am giving them a one last chance tomorrow or I'll direct contact the management if no reasonable solution is set.

It’s chain electronic store which offer many variety of electronical items. Usually they offer for extra warranty under Harvey Norman itself but it’s up to the buyer whether you buy it or not.
