โ โ โ โ โ long wait, only 2 patients in front of me, but patient was doing ultrasound for very long, waited 1 hour still haven't seen dr. should have just checked me first my consultation only takes 5 minutes for common cold.

โ โ โ โ โ This clinic is truly THE BEST! The interior is pretty and they even play calming songs on the sound system which I lahv! Writing this long review bcus people really need to know that there is a dedicated clinic even during these testing Covid times.
Dr.Teoh is truly the nicest doctor I've ever met (the photo is actually taken using her phone cus I left mine at home, HAHA). She's definitely NOT one of those doctors who doesn't even bother to check you bcus they're scared of covid. She completely restores my faith in doctors. I used to never bother to go to clinics cus they only give the same thing: Panadol and I hated it but NOT Tulips clinic.
Backstory:
I went to Tulips clinic to get a 2nd opinion bcus the clinic I went to before, the doc doesn't even bother to check my throat (cus I think she's just scared I've covid). To be honest, my symptoms are kinda similar to Covid except that I didn't lose my sense of taste/smell & I don't have any bad coughs. Right after I left the 1st clinic, I was truly sick to a point I started vomiting and my fevers comes and goes and my body temperature was too hot but I'm shivering. I seriously felt like dying. The day I went to Tulips clinic, Dr.Teoh straight up checked my throat and she immediately knows why "Okay, I tengok pun I dah tahu dah this is not covid but you have tonsillitis which is why you never got better from your fever". I kid you not, I almost cried. She gave me an antibiotic injection up my butt and said that we're gonna have to do it for 3 days straight. Even on the 1st day itself, I already started feeling better and by night time I started to gain my appetite again.
I am so thankful that this clinic is near my area and I am definitely gonna make this clinic my go to clinic. To Dr.Teoh, thank you so much for your dedication, patience and especially passion. We really need more doctors like you in this planet. (oh and sorry for the late review, it took me awhile to figure out how to write a review on google :D). Keep up the great job everyone a Tulips clinic <3

โ โ โ โ โ Coming back for a medical leave extension. Was told I can do so without doctor consultation but I thought I should still check on my condition. Register at 10.20am, waited til 11.20am and was told to wait another hour! This is just ridiculous! Notes to you all thinking of coming over, you might end up sitting here just to be picked up by an ambulance to take you to the hospital because the clinic just couldnโt handle the patient queue.
Very bad patient management. Never inform in advance how long the wait is. Expect patient whoโs sick and unwell to just sit there and do nothing!

โ โ โ โ โ Prefer the main DR instead of locum's, she is patient and takes time to explain. You could feel that she is speaking with your best interest in mind. Only comment i would have is to change your BP monitor cuffs to suit adults. Otherwise thanks to her quick action, i managed to detect that I'm dengue positive and be quickly referred to hospital when it got severe.
