★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus interchange is poorly maintained especially the entrance and exit of the buses. The ticketing counters are few now unlike before but tickets are still available to purchase. The Covid19 has disrupted the business badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told 4 pm bus but bus sampai 4.30 pm . Then they provide seat number different when naik bus different number. When ask they coming for fighting. Better don’t come here to buy ticket or naik bus . Better go to LARKIN much more easier and convenient. Here just taking money from people and never treat in good way. So problematic bus terminal .
