Very comfortable bed and pillow and thick blanket!
Love the bathroom.Spacious and very refreshing strong hot shower!

β β β β β Space is ok for me, cleaness is fine Tap water is yellowish and bath room got cigarette smell. Overall is just fare with price RM98 per room..

β β β β β Staying right now in 817. Immediately when we walked inside there's a musty smell prolly cuz the room hasn't been used for a long time. There's also a loud buzzing sound which I think comes from next door's water heater. We're ignoring it for now cuz we'll be checking out tmr anyway. A bit of a hassle to change rooms now. Please do check the rooms for customers' comfort.

β β β β β Need to change towel, its to old for use and broke. Under the bed it's to derty and shower need to repair room 612.
Staff in front desk not helpful expecially female staff, she doesn't explain about car park. All my family confused the way going to room, its should use 2 lift.
Seen i check out time, i ask one the male staff about the resit, and he say we don't have print the resit.

β β β β β Please fix the window, hair dryer, fan got swaying, scary too much. tv signal most important. Always no signal! If not, dont put tv at room. No kettle, then how make hot drink. Please check & do maintenance for room 408. Give it 3 stars because got mall next to the hotel & reasonable prices 4D3N in town.

β β β β β It deserves 1 star. I know it is a budget hotel n i didnt expect much from it. But.. my room (603) toilet was dirty, mouldy, stain (the toilet seat, toilet bowl, sink n shower cubicle) looked it never been washed! On top of that, the shower light didnβt work.
Made a report n they said maintenance guy wasnt available. So they gave a replacement room (703). But⦠the other room was WORST! Toilet was worst than my room plus the room smells very bad. I supposedly stay there for 2 nights but i had to checkout the next day. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

β β β β β This hotel is a great place for single traveller or families. The price includes everything in a room. The is toiletries and water bottles for the guest. The receptionist are giving great service. Affordable price for a hotel in a city centre. KB mall just beside this hotel and also several restaurants. For me the problem is to find local halal breakfast as restaurant for breakfast is not in a walking distance.
