★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad customer service. Even don't deserve 1 star. Cheap plans with cheap service. chat no answer, call no answer (useless customer service) and email replies with no solution. CEO is sleeping, I guess. Dear Tony, please do something. I tried to port out twice but port out message sent at midnight. Sighhh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Langkawi without internet so jumped on the first offer I found. A 2 month 8+8gb package sounded good so I got that despite being quite expensive. Then less than a month earlier I found out they were lying about the content and I had in fact gotten a regular 8gb monthly subscription which I never signed up for.
I tried contacting customer support so here's a shout-out to Ananda for being absolutely worthless and denying everything, offering no apology, help or explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one worst support support that i ever seen in my entire life .
i just bought a TuneTalk sim , the free 300 mb is work normally but when i bought a weekly plan for checking , it's stopped working its 3rd day that tune talk sim not working, i try to calling customer support services center for 15 minutes the balance finished , wait for a day but nothing happened call today again wait 24 minutes but no one picking my call , balance finished .
i want to give them -5 stars if available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service order a sim card from 16 November till today still yet receive when i check with tunetalk customer service they keep end my chat without providing any solution , always ask me wait 7 working day ,after i reach them back another 7 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad internet connection & bad services. Don't get fooled by them mentioning "unlimited data" because it is LIMITED TO A CERTAIN LIMIT !
Worse internet connection , there's one time I'm at HKL (ITS A FREAKING MAIN CITY) and there's NO GET INTERNET CONNECTION. After called them on that day to make a report well guess what? like 4 days laters they send me SMS request to check their data coverage. 4 days later???
Also this issue keep on happening where out of sudden my data disconnected

More info, check via TTApp bi" and yet they don't even renew my plan therefore, sucked my RM 10 credit balance which was supposed to be used for my renewal plan. What a lousy service.
