The customer service operator said that they only serve Air Asia customers and no one else - which is false. To the Management of Tune Protect - Please enlighten your staff with the services the company provides as they’re turning away any potential business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The claims department does not exist. Many phone calls and emails. Two months and they refuse pay claim. Never respond to emails or answer phone. I have to fly to Bangkok to hire a lawyer. I called their sales department and they say they get many angry customer calling with same problem. I write the Minister of Public Health, maybe he put a stop to these criminals!
