β β β β β I bought your company's products from friends, YZF R15 YAMAHA model ECU. now I will not adjust the fuel and spark ignition time. There are fast shifting device installed but can not be used! I was prompted to upgrade in the template can not be upgraded! Please tell me a variety of fuel and ignition timing of the numerical! β β β β β Quite loud in here.. especially when they dyno tuning.. better bring some earplugs and whiteboard. Just in case they doesn't get what you yelling. LOL.

β β β β β I have been to the main shop at subang, request for tuning for my bike, i have to pay rm200 for tuning and an extra 50 due to what was said by the formen, he said that my thermostart is missing, after the tuning i went back to check wether what he said was true, the thermostart is still on my bike. I was lied to by the foreman who said that it was missing without checking. Some more issue, the tuning that the foreman made is not on par with the tuning that i have previously setup from other shop, the foreman is an inexperience guy who just know the basic of tuning. Be careful when going to the shop, dont get lied to. Some more i have made my own tuning but the ecu blocked my settings, the block was set during my recent visit to FSR tech at pju 18, my motor almost got damaged due to this case. Before this, i used your old product and it was fine ican set it the way i want it but now with the new batch of tuneboss tht i install on my bike, my setting was blocked. Please be trustworthy with your words and your product. Iwas thinking of supporting your product but not anymore.

β β β β β Everything is good. Friendly staff except for one person. I didnt know his name but from the way he spoke to customer, it is very rude. Maybe your staffs knew who is the unfriendly one. Please improve it. Your service may be good, but if your customer service is poor. Your store wont go far

β β β β β Went there for AIS plate, they helped me to get the job done. And they fully follow the Sop of MCO, good job. Only thing is my seats are a bit scratchy, hope they be gentle in the future.
