The staff is really rude, even they don't reply to phone calls and emails. The office is already closed, just wasting customer's time. Worst attitude

Lobby receptionist said that the KL office has been closed since last year. Phone line still works but goes unanswered and no information whatsoever about this office closure. Wasted time travelling all the way here.

TLDR: rude and non-helpful customer service, and they have an absurd policy that you need to present the credit card you paid with online before the flight (which is not possible in many cases) I tried booking a flight for my sister and parents using Turkish airlines. After paying with credit card, they told me that i need to bring the card along with me for the flight, but I couldn't do that, because i was not a passenger in the flight. I called customer service and explained what happened, asked them if i can pay another way, or if i can pay with a different card. They were very rude, didn't give me any alternative. They just told me "that's your problem" and hung up the phone on me. I tried emailing customer service, explained that i can't bring my credit card to the flight, because I'm not a passenger. They just dismissed me and told me that that's their policy, which is absolutely ridiculous, i have never had to show the PHYSICAL credit card after making a payment before. In the end, i had to cancel the booking, because they wouldn't let my sister and parents in their flight without my credit card. So i basically lost ~300$ (which is the majority of the ticket, even though I cancelled around 2 hours after booking) and had to go through so much stress dealing with their rude customer support. Worst experience in my life, and the worst airlines ever.
