★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a wide variety of local hawker fare. Do try out the Fishead beehoon, Lam Mee and Ipoh Kai See Hor Fun. These are worth trying. Not forgetting the chicken rice though the portion of chicken is on the small side. Parking a problem, park by the roadside at your own risk of your car being clamp. Don't go near school hours as the road is a complete standstill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original Top Tea Restaurant has shrunked from 2 shoplots to 1 shoplots due to business selling off by the original founder of Top Tea Restaurant. Food selections are not very many. Due to slow businesses, the food offered there may possibly be leftovers and recycleable food left from yesterday or even earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of foods available; from noodles to rice.
Place is not too warm, well ventilated, but tables & chairs are too close to each others, making walking around a bit challenging.
Operated by a Chinese family, but almost all workers are foreigners.
Public parking is available, but mostly being occupied with sitting. May need to park further and walk a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and the foods is not bad either. The chicken rice taste good, the fried Char Koew Teow and Wan Tan Mee is nice too. Chicken rice is a bit over price. The toilet been keeping well clean and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is quite nice. The indoor seating is not air conditioned, but is quite cool nonetheless. Besides that, there are a variety of food available here given that it is those traditional "kopitiam" with multiple standalone food stores in it.
I need to mention that the tea is quite nice. Furthermore, if you think that the tea is not to your taste, for example, too sweet, too thick, too thin, etc, you can ask the waiter to remix your cup of tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for lunch. Atmosphere is good. The Chu Yok Fun taste for funny in my opinion.Drinks are served quite quickly! Very clean and the foods is very good. The chicken rice taste good, the fried Char Koew Teow and Wan Tan Mee is nice too. Chicken rice is a bit pricey. But it's a reasonable price too.
The toilet been keeping well clean and the service is good. Usually the shop crowd at morning and at night. Around 4pm the shop not that much crowd.
Even the shop abit small and enough space to walk. its also a good place to hang out with friends. The shop also not much noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited very long for food to arrive. They don't observe where the customer is seating thus having hard time locating. And mixed up orders from different customers. Mostly foreigners working & can't communicate. Layout of the eatery is very very congested. Too many tables with limited space. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend to go to this eatery. Parking is also limited.
