β β β β β Been a customer since the 1st MCO. Bought a re-furbished lap-top and was surprised with its fine condition and works excellently even after 1 year warranty. Further upgraded an old desktop computer with SSD and it works like a brand new machine. Also bought a re-furbished monitor, it certainly lives up to its Grade A condition. No complaints, only compliments. The product and services speak for itself.

β β β β β I bought a used Dell 3040 i7 desktop. It was a lucky break for me. Spent a lot of time in Mudah without a good result. Here, Unit is great condition, with warranty !!! Info on product is good. Most of all, I went personally to this store and have a very positive experience with the people attending to us. Friendly and "generous". Will be back again for sure. ( +++++ )

β β β β β Been here twice to buy refurbished laptops. Both are in superb conditions and works well. With one year warranty, it's a good bargain. The HP laptop bought 2 years ago is still running superbly! This time around, I got a Lenovo.
Staffs are helpful in helping me choose the right laptop. Explaination on the tech specs are clear and made me understand what to buy.
Good reason to buy here if you are on a budget and in need for a quick shopping trip.
Open during MCO BUT with strict SOP. So, best to call first before dropping by.
Feb 2022 update: Sent in a laptop to upgrade the RAMS. Unfortunately since it was an old laptop, they said not available but suggested a SSD upgrade. Days later, when we went to collect, the laptop couldn't start up. Upon checking, we were told that the motherboard chip malfunctioned and as such needed repairs. It was an extra RM360. We decided to not too, as we didn't want to spend anymore money. So now , from a fully functional but slow laptop, we now have nothing. ?

β β β β β I had made an appointment and went in-person to complete the transaction. However, due to some technical error, my item was not in stock as promised. They did conduct themselves politely though, and as it was not a big issue for me, I accepted their apologies.
The front desk person was very sympathetic. I would still consider this store in future.
