โ โ โ โ โ I have coffee spilled on my laptop and brought it to here for repair. I told them i have important data in my laptop hard disk so they helped me to get back my data.
Then they tried to repair my laptop but failed (i know water damage is a fatal damage to laptop so i am just testing my luck when ask them to repair it.)
In the end, because they didn't manage to repair my laptop and they didn't buy any component to repair my laptop so they DIDN'T CHARGE ME A SINGLE CENT, which i was shocked. They didn't charge me for recovering my data and their labour fees. HAPPY for me. haha.

โ โ โ โ โ Picked up a used fully boxed and complete motherboard. Service was excellent and the sales guy even asked questions to make sure I needed to buy a new board in the first place. Very professional and customer focused. Highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Good place to get a value for money and high quality refurbished laptop. Service center is great as well.
Feb 2022 update: Sent in a laptop to upgrade the RAMS. Unfortunately since it was an old laptop, they said not available but suggested a SSD upgrade. Days later, when we went to collect, the laptop couldn't start up. Upon checking, we were told that the motherboard chip malfunctioned and as such needed repairs. It was an extra RM360. We decided to not too, as we didn't want to spend anymore money. So now , from a fully functional but slow laptop, we now have nothing. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Probably could have been better if the staff there was a little more attentive. Maybe it was first day back at work or some super Monday blues situation... ?
To be fair:
- They were somewhat helpful.
- They were not rude.
- They did respond to our questions.
But, they could not be bothered if I was interested to buy or not. So in the end, we didn't buy... ??
