★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, kind and polite staff, they go the extra mile for free bubble wrap to ensure safety of the product, I bought a Elba thermo pot and the product came completely fine, the staff even called me one day beforehand to ensure I was there to pick up my order, I honestly don't understand what's all the fuss with the previous reviews it's either frame or and misunderstanding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do have to agree with rest of reviewers. One of the sales staff attitude is bad, after I scolded him only he shut up a bit and was less condescending. Ordered air con for installation, workers all like rushing to complete job & rushing off to next place. I hardly have time to check the air-con coolness properly and they were gone! ?? Luckily I still have my warranty card!

Purchase item with them during Home Expo last year and was supposed to deliver my item this year after the lockdown as I cannot cross district to my new place. Tried to call the person in charge: KELVIN ANG, he ask me to refer office, then office ask me to refer back to this sales person. I have been following up for two weeks now and they cannot give me an answer on my delivery. I have already made full payment but now they just ignore my calls and massage. What kind of service on company is this?! This is unacceptable!!! I will make report to the police and the KPDNHEP if I have to.
