★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried to contact hospital uitm in sunday,at least they should have an emergency number,because my cases is emergency as I stayed at kedah and need my medicine as soon as possible from hospital in kedah,but it must be validate by doctor there but no one to contact no one answer my call, I was desperately need the medicine and I was really disappointed with huitm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been at Hosp. Uitm Sg Buloh but was asked to go to Hosp. Uitm Puncak Alam.
At both branch was asked go to few counters because your staff are not well known to which specialist written in the referral letter by doctor.
Ended up refuse to set an appointment due to need the refferal letter by another specialist before do an appointment with your specialist.
Somehow rather, the refferal letter I brought is already mention by the doctor to meet the specialist for diagnostic session with your specialist.
I’m travelling, with this kind of service it’s really dissapoint me !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My little adventure. At present everything looks cool, anyway hospital is hospital, this growing up specialist centre will be crowded which simply means of the attraction and confidence of public. I was treated well here. Like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just got here because of suicidal attempt. and they weren't empathic at all. they did my swab test so rough and just left. they didn't properly guide me which counter to register and left me hanging. it's 9 pm and there's only 3 people outside waiting. i was so tipsy and no help at all. i'm disappointment it really made me cry. on the phone they said they'll help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star hospital with great services from all staff (from polis bantuan, main entrance, registration counter, payment counter, pharmacy counter, klinik warga, o&g specialist clinic), nurses & Drs too! Staff are very friendly, well dressed and very knowledgeable. Great interior designs, spacious area, very very clean plus smells good too! Quite fast service even though many waiting list patients. But waiting in such a cozy atmosphere , i dont mind at all :) Variety of breakfast in foodcourt with reasonable price. Overall, very satisfied , good job HUiTM !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting instructions not clear at all . If only one person is allowed to visit/take care at a time better not to put visiting allowed . Secondly , discharge procedure are super slow ! Not efficient at all . The doctors are fine & polite in doing their duties . Night shift nurses doesn't respect patients at all shouting & laughing at midnight . Otherwise overall just 2/5 . It's newly built so better to improvise things like management stuffs to be fast & efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in and out from wards for 5x times on October 2021, Dec 2021, January 2022, Feb 2022 and Mar 2022. From O&G ward, paeds ward, NICU and labor room. All experience were good. Nurses are friendly, willing to help. Explanation from both Specialist/Consultants and MOs are clear. They will let you know their plan for the day. You'll get specialist to review you twice a day everyday. No bad comment for treatment as I am very satisfied.
Amenities are good too. There are many surau for muslim to pray and the main surau is huge and comfortable. Cafeteria is located on 1st floor. Better to go there before 12pm where all the staff will flock the cafeteria for lunch. Cafe is clean and tidy. Ample of parking spaces but need to improve on traffic flow as it is very confusing for visitors. Walkway from parking area need to be shaded too. Wheelchairs are available to use, just need to leave your driving license.
Few things to improve (urgently need improvement!):
1. No direct access to Labor Room for visitors who is walking. It was rainy season so I had to run throught the staircase to Emergency Dept. Not feasible for elderly. Not sure if you can access via Klinik Harian on right side of Labor Room but there was no signage at all around there.
2. Food quality in wards is bad.. Bland in taste. No taste of sweet or taste of salt at all.. I can only give 1 star for the food. Kindly improve here or please outsource to other supplier. We already stated non spicy food but still they delivered spicy food (which also labeled as non spicy).
3 RTK result takes more than 2 hours while you can do outside for less than 30 mins. This is crucial especially if your spouse is in active labor @ Labor Room and need urgent result stat. For me, this is a loss for HUitM since you charge RM50 for in house test and the results are supposed to be instant.
Overall, it was pleasant experience with Hospital UitM. Keep up the good work!
