The trainers are friendly and patient. The trainers do take time to focus on the posture and technique above anything else. The trainers do push us and encourage us to complete all the drills. I like how the instructor corrects our form … 10/10 POWER CLASS

The equipments and facilities here are user friendly for the beginner, intermediate and advanced learners to make use of it. The instructors and trainers are professional and friendly. They are good in helping the new learners to adapt themselves with this new environment. Highly recommended this place for those who really want to learn MMA!!!
