★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Customer service at service CENTRE , book first 1000 service appointment 9.45am , arrived 9.30am. By 10am no one call me, go check with counter, they inform me wait for it they will call . By 10.20am they call me. What is the point of making appointment…if service CENTRE doesn’t follow appointment time. I am Toyota customer 2010 . This is my first and last visit to Rawang Service CENTRE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to this Toyota Service Centre. Made appointment at 8.00am and arrived at the the service centre at 7.45am. Was the first customer to arrive.
Was not familiar with the process and there was no queuing numbering system. Didn't know has to manually register again at the reception although already made appointment and has received SMS confirmation of appointment.
Was getting annoyed as customers who arrived later have already been called to attend to their car. Waited till 8.18am then only the receptionist approached me and asked whether I hv registered?
The bad reception/registration service however was compensated by the EXCELLENT service from Service Adviser, Encik Hidayat. Smiling all the time and took trouble to listen to my issues and later after they hv completed servicing my car, he patiently explained to me what they hv found out and what needs to be done. Encik Hidayat deserve 5 STAR for his service. Keep up the excellent service Encik Hidayat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting list is short, i call at the morning for appointment at afternoon on the same day. Waiting area is nicely decorated. Free drink is plus. 2 pc for web surfing. Overall good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly service at receptio. Bad workmanship service quality. 2 weeks ago I sent my CHR for service and reported battery issues. After service, they assured me battery is fine. Now after 2 weeks, my battery is flat.
Sales staff are no better. Sales staff ignoring customers who walk in their show Room for enquiry.
