★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the "Spicy Fried Rice" for lunch today. After a couple of minutes, the waiter asked if I don't mind vegetarian fried rice instead as they ran out of eggs (can you believe it!). I told her that an eggless fried rice would be alright but it would need to contain other ingredients which includes chicken.
One 'keropok', one slice of cucumber, one piece of lettuce, 3 slices of chicken, and a lot of oil were served in my RM13 spicy fried rice.
Went there previously one night for dinner and they were out of strawberries for mojito, out of margaritas and out of lemons. Seems like the restaurant is having supply issues, and food not as good as before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really really like uncle Dons!! The ice cold beer, the staff are really friendly! The reason for my 3* review?? What the hell is going on with the portion of fries??? RM16.50 for around 16 fries? That’s RM1 per frie!! Come on, I’m sure you guys can do better than that???

I was very shocked that the food is so cheap here compared to other chain restaurants that serve European cuisines. I really enjoy the carbonara bacon. Very creamy and generous portion. The minced beef claypot is good also, and I will recommend eating with rice instead of bread.
I prefer quiet environments so for my standards this place is not suitable for selfcare. Good with friends who prefer lively environment

The service is friendly, the decoration is inviting and the prices are reasonable.
Will come back next time for a dinner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delicious, the home made tomato sauce is incredible, the maindish grill pork with mushroom sauce, the sauce is not like ordinary premix mushroom sauce it's use mushroom blended, so the look like bit weird but good taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience with good food. The staff is friendly and the patron helped with the social distancing. This venue of Uncle Don is smaller then their usual places so expect loud noise and bustling people going in and out. Food is good and beer is awesome. But of course there's abit of a wait time to it. Just a nice place to chill and talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were regulars pre pandemic. Having stop by to have lunch the first time in over 2 years, we were looking forward to it.
Sadly, the quality of food has dropped, the price has gone up while the food portion has reduced. Lowering the portion while increasing the price is bad form.
One of our favourite items was the nachos. You can hardly see the mince pork in the dish now. The dip lacked flavour. The pork burger was a tad bland.
