★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its strange why reviews are so mixed for this clinic. Having had no choice during this CMCO, we brought our daughter here for the first time for treatment due to a suspected allergy.
Everyone from the counter staff to the Doc herself were nothing but nice, even when visited in the last minutes of their closing hour. Not pushy, pleasant and informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude doctor. My sister got into accident. Instead of treating her, the doc being rude asking how she's got into accident which my sister cannot answer bcs she's in shock !!!! Then she said kalau awak tak boleh jawab soalan saya , macam mana saya nak rawat awak . We ended up bringing her to hospital the doc was being rude and not helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ragini is so kind, I've been here since I was a kid. She kept saying "it's OK" if I make a mistake. She explains well. But the clinic would've been better if they also accept online banking/card payement instead of only cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Emy Anvr is the best doctor i ever see. I had my dressing here at late night, she still attend eventhough dia patut dah nak balik. she was so professional, caring. but sadly, she no more here. and i dont like the other indian doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite reading the bad reviews i decided to come here because it’s the closest to my house. Expected bad treatment but surprisingly the indian doctor was super kind and helpful.
The whole process was fast, consultation was precise and i got the medicine i wanted.
Am thinking if all the bad reviews were purposely put up by competitors because some of them mention to go to another klinik in ttdi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate no star if I could. Don't go to this clinic unless you have choice. The doctor is ignorance and unprofessional. I visited twice and both times the doctor was looking at the FB live than paying attention on the patient. The charging is expensive. RM60 for only pain killer. Think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just read other reviews and the bad reviews almost all mentioned a rude female indian doctor. I experienced the same thing. She was so rude. I wanted to consult about something but she replied in a very cranky and annoyed tone. She’s totally HORRIBLE. Dont even bother come here as long as she’s still working in this clinic.
