★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is quite a hidden gem, located under the shade of a grove. It has a variety of food, the famous ones being the laksa, Curry Mee and char koay teow. The asam laksa and siam lemak laksa are recommended. There's mixed rice and koay teow soup also. Parking is very ample along the street. This place serves breakfast and lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few places in town have these outdoor & under shed with tree environment. But most importantly with few good dishes to offer as Hawker food. If u were there, don't miss out the Man Chang Lion / Pan kek, Laksa, Loh Mee, Keow Teow Ting, Fried Keow Teow, Thai Fried Rice, Economy Rice & cup of Kopi Koa. Surely u won't disappointed if u r outdoor food huntets. Highly recommended! :)

Wan Tan Mee too cheap!!! Hope the uncle can sustain.
The is the last place in Penang that feels like Penang. Enjoy the kampung street vibe while you can!
