It's not just the noodles itself, that important bowl of fish broth packed with a variety of fish balls and stuffed tahu.
The in-house sambal is another must to complete this rustic breakfast. Over the years the integrity has dropped, but I can't blame the operator for that, indeed the prices of raw materials have been going up none stop.
Grab a spoonful of that thin stretchy noodles, drenched in brown saucy mix, tip full of sambal and lay that char siew on the top, instant hit of satisfaction.
Reset it with the broth and repeat. You will find yourself going back for more. It's that additive.
Pro tip, go as early as possible, due to the fact that the broth isn't diluted with water. Sambal is refillable, so eat to your heart's content.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple, traditional but flavorful bowl of laksa. I'm enticed to finish all the laksa broth. Wanton is silky and stuffing is tasty. It was a very satisfying meal. All the helper at the stall are very efficient.
