"AFTER SERVICE" FOR POOR INSTALLATION ON AIR-CON IS NOT THEIR FAULT. BUYERS HAVE TO BEAR THE RISK FOR "SERVICING NEGLIGENCE".
THEIR MOTTO: DENY EVERYTHING AND BLAME THE AIR-CON FOR BEING TOO OLD.
IT HAPPENED TO MY UNIT AFTER THEY REPLACE THE SO CALLED CRACKED TRAY(WHICH I DISCOVERED AFTER MANY YEARS THAT IT MAY BE A CLOGGED HOSE THAT MAY HAVE CAUSED THE UNIT TO DRIP WATER), DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THE BLOWER UNIT, THEY DID NOT CHECK THE PIPES FOR LEAKS AND THIS HAS CAUSED MY COMPRESSOR TO RUN LOW ON GAS AND COOLING COIL TO ICE-UP OVER-NITE LOSING COOLING POWER, IN OTHER WORD DESTROYED MY COMPRESSOR WHICH THEY DENY. ALL THEY DID WAS JUST FILLED UP THE GAS AND SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT CHARGE FOR IT. CALLED THEIR BOSS (EDDIE WOO) DID NOT HELP MATTERS AS HE ALSO DENY THEIR MISTAKE WHICH BTW THE SERVICING GUY(AH KOK) WHO IS IN CHARGE OF PUCHONG AREA IS HIS BROTHER. NOT ONLY HAVE THEY CHARGED ME RM430, NOW I HAVE TO BUY A NEW AC FOR RM1200.
I HAVE PROMISED THAT THIS NEGLIGENCE WILL BE VOICED OUT TO THOSE WHO IS THINKING OF GETTING SERVICE FROM THEM, THEY MAY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 10+ YEARS BUT ALL IT TAKES JUST ONE CARELESS MISTAKE TO F-UP YOUR AIRCON. (THEY HAVE A SMALL GROUND FLOOR OUTLET IN TESCO BESIDE THE ESCALATOR) PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL NOT TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND TO AVOID DENTING YOUR OWN POCKET WHICH I HAVE.
