★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After so many occasions asking them to do various jobs, the last straw was in Sept month 2019, Usj 9 > Usj 12 will cost me RM180 JUST TO COME and see the issue on my fish pond pump, installation repairs to install not included yet, this is how they repay their gratitude for loyal customers...so called up KK and they chrg me only RM100 for everything, what a ripoff by Vinco

Prices was also not competitive despite having a discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unneccessary charges, most likely unneccessay parts have been changed (or maybe not?!) . Indoor unit was spitting water and ice. Diagnosis: spoiled capacitator! And no gas! After refilling gas and fixing "new" capacitator (425.00!!!)same problem continued.... .Technicians camè back and said not enough gas!!!!.....???....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to service in may 2018..they said there's sparepart broken that cause my aircond to leak. Chemical..normal service..changed sparepart(dunno if they did change or not) or just bluff... All rm460..
Now, in oct. .My aircond leak again!!! Do not call them?! They rip off your money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billed for replacement of a 1-Phase Circuit breaker RM2,800. Is this the standard price? Someone else quoted RM1600 a few days later. I had two air-conditioners which were working but not cold.
I called them and arrange for a check-up. I was asked to buy a new York 1hp air-conditioner from them @RM990 + RM250 installation and the other one they charged RM480 to replace a new compressor + RM180 chemical cleaning. I suspect they gave me an old used compressor unit instead of a new one (I did not check then) because the air-cond is not cold anymore.
When or if I decide to leave negative feedback, I make sure it's fair, factual, and relates specifically to my transaction with the Seller.
*Vinco bamboozles and has really BAD After-Sales Service. Deliberate Ignorance or No Response To Messages. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation of new AC was done so roughly, torch gas canister fell into my porch damaged tiles, because such poor worker attitude. Today I service the aircon by another company, discovered they welded the pipes from indoor unit to outdoor unit instead of coupling screw..really poor quality job.
