Yesterday.My unifi red light.Out of service. .already report until today.The staff did not come to service yet.... very bad ..

Promise installation by 9:30am till 12:30pm.. nobody turn up and follow up call to centre nobody pick up ! Very bad service provider ! ???TM should have plenty room to be improve !! ☹️☹️

Only 2 counters are open and have to wait so long eventhough the q is not long. The staff take their own sweet time to go things. I am on the next 3 but wait for more than an hour. Terrible. Their customer service was really lousy too, tried calling their hotline and their service officer wasn’t helpful at all. To TM, you really have to pull up your pants on your servicing!

SCREWED UP WORK BY TMNET / TM-UNIFI Today March 3rd 2015. The date that I have been awaiting. Imagine my eagerness as I am finally installing Unifi 30M comparing to my Streamy 4Mbps. The contractors came in about 300pm and I rush out to buy cold drinks for them as the temperature here is really hot. Paid RM170.00 because the cable is being pulled into the ceiling of the house. They begin pulling the cable from the post behind the house and installing the Modem, Router, HypTV. Configuring the gadgets and finally the line was up. Suddenly, there was a glitch in their processing. My IC number was wrongly typed into the system. Instead of 61xxxxxxxxxx was keyed in as 64xxxxxxxxxx. I traced back where the root of the error was. The sales wrote down my IC correctly. My previous Streamyx account registration form has my IC number correctly. Then where did this error happen. It is the keying in of the data in the office of TMNET. When the contractor call in to the office, the football game begins. And eventually, all the gadgets that has been installed is being dismantled and taken back again. Telling me that I have to do a fresh application again. What type of customer service is being uphold by TMNET? What type of work performance are the staff of TMNET doing in their office? I question this strongly ? As this 1 number typo error has caused me money being paid to the contractor, apart form the frustration and the hampered feeling that I have to go through. Angry, Frustrated, Feeling like wanting to Scream my Head off.... And if this is the way our GLCs is doing their work, then they haven't actually grown to a professional level. Say what they want ! Post whatever Mission or Vision statement that they may say ! They are still screwed Up. Now, this is the example of it only takes one employees to bring back the TMNET way back to TELEKOM MALAYSIA of the 60's, 70's ! I told the contractor that I don't ever want to hear the name UNIFI anymore. I'll turn to MAXIS, even though they maybe expensive. NOT because MAXIS is good or super efficient. But because the service rendered by TMNET / TM UNIFI is the worst of the kind that is being rendered by GLC's that I have ever experienced. I am going to send out this dissatisfaction of mine to the Board of Directors of TMNET, to the Minister of Information and awaiting to see what kind of action will follow suit. TM may have gone swasta years ago, but work culture still very much “public sector” grade. Staff do not have customers centric mentality and they makes ones feel like a burden to them. A simple transaction took me more than an hour. Situation is quite bad that even fellow customers shared their frustrations among themselves in the waiting lounge. Suggest management look into the work flow system. Something is really wrong with their customers’ handling processes. One more thing, the guard at the place is more interested in spending time on his Handphone and oblivious to what’s going on
