★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded to newer internet package. Told the staff to terminate Old Package, they said ok will take care of everything, but ended up have to continue to pay for the usage of both new and old package for several months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operator not well trained, slow response, service damn slow. 1st I requested to transfer the unifi from old to new house but later was being informed by installation technician that my new house UNIFI not available. Came here again to cancel the unifi, operators took more than 40 mins, not yet able to cancel my account. And I am still waiting for her to refer to her manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is so so terrible. No consideration at all for customers whose queue waiting outside office under the flaming sun.. Why support this kind of services and business. BOYCOTT IS THE WORD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. 12 days we wait for call on installation. 4 times we come to this service center and issue is not resolved still. Moreover, we try to buy most premium package. No service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Town Area at Jln Burma. Easy parking and they provide ATM machine cash, credit cards and cheque for payment for TM bills. During MCO only 10 person can go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let customer wait under the sun outside the office(reason given was MCO, only allow few customer to enter). Considerate Management will come out will some solution like temporary tent or numbering so after taken the number you can find some where to wait which is not quing DIRECT under the sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever services I have come through. Waited for half an hour under the hot sun although is just 3person in front of me. Luckily I have an umbrella.
Waited for another hour inside the premises until my turn.
You know what, there are 2 counters already have no one to attend to but I still did not get my number.
So fed up with this kind of attitude.
