★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FYI I ALREADY APPLY FOR UNIFI FOR MY CYBER CAFE AT TAMAN LOBAK BUT UNTILL NOW I NOT RECEVIED POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM TM KULIM POINT .WHAT THEY SAID NO INS FRACTURE AT MY PLACE BUT BEHIND MY SHOP LOT ALREADY HAVE UNIFI AND SOMEMORE INFRONT MY CC ARD 50M HAVE UNIFI CABINET BUT THE REASON NO AVAILABLE .AS CC OWNER WE NEED RUN BUSSINESS MUST HAVE I SPEED NET .HOPE TM KULIM TAKE ACTION ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs at webe registration counter were rude and not helping the customer. They ask my webe username and password for 2ndline registration, and thats kind of stupid procedure to ask ur customer password. Then, i said i would register via online myself and he showed kind of 'angry' face..come on la, u work for the TM, a glc company that monopolize the cable network in malaysia..if not, sure TM will bancrupt with this kind of staff attitude.
My conclusion please consider to go another TMPoint if u dont want to stress your mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even sure why this center exist. Bill payment system down. Termination service not available. Followed TM instructions to return modem to the nearest tm point and was told by the staffs that "oh, we don't do this here. You have to go to Sungai Petani to do this." Seriously? Kulim TM point is the nearest Tm point to me and you are telling me to drive an hour to return the modem?

And for the home unifi, at 2010 I already request for installation but they said still not available and force me for subscribe for streamyx with the expensive price but with lowest speed.
And now already 2019, 9years already past away , and, and they still can't give me the unifi bad network service ever in the world with the most expensive price
