★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, I went to your outlet in Paradigm Mall JB on July 11th. I was upset with the attitude of your staff there. I asked for staff assistance to get a shirt from the top rack and he gave me the cold shoulder. he did not say a word to me, he fetched the shirt and handed it over to me without looking at my face, even. when i went to the cashier to pay, again, there were no greetings not even a thank you. her face was very unfriendly. i dont know whats going on that day but we feel a very negative vibe from your staff. We hope this is not a standard practice in your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Malay lady at the cashier counter was so patient with me while I was downloading my app and she was guided me for the app.
She is so polite. Hardly see a polite and patient shop assistant nowadays.
Few other shop assistant also polite and helpful. Good management team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude free hair front girl. Kerek. U could say nicely tht people not fully vaccinated cant enter but u yelled twice in less than 3 minutes? Very tired aa this job. If i saw the sign only for fully vaccinated, i would not enter la girl. Make it bigger. Do your job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ why do you pack everything that is bought online in plastic bags that are not even recyclable? it doesn't make sense for you to pick out items from the store shelves and then put them into plastic bags for "hygiene" reasons. uniqlo is reversing back on its environmental commitments instead of progressing.
