★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible and the service really bad. Opening hours does not mean anything. Went before 12 said it was closed because not enough doctors. Go back at 3pm said have to go back at 5pm because too many people. Cant they just give me a number and I come back later. This is a joke, we have clases and cant just keep on being refused to see a doctor everytime. Had also some issue last time when doing some test, had to come back 3 times because they forgot some test, not serious at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down one of the worst and unprofessional clinics I have ever been to.
First of all, how can the main Univserity clinic not have a gynaecologist? Have you checked your student bodys' female rate? This is just outrageous. I'm hoping there is one somewhere else on Campus and no one at the clinic had told me about it.
I went there for medical check-up once and for two medical issues. During the medical check-up they also took blood samples from everyone (whole exchange student body) and did not sanitize the surface inbetween patients and reused the pad to clean the skin afterwards to put in on top of the injection point. That is not sanitary at all!
regarding my two medical issues, both times the doctor did not check me properly, the second even suggested that everything was fine and that another part of my body was issue without ever checking it. Sitting in a 16 degree cold doctors office for sick people is an imposition for everyone who is struggeling flus and etc. In the end I had received 8 (!) different kind of medication, two of them antibiotics (which apparently give out like candy), for my medical issue which did not help me because they hadn't checked me properly. The doctors are rushing through the patients and don't explain the patients what is happening, what to expect, how the sickness will evolve and how it happened. simply no communication.
Went to a different clinic afterwards and they finally checked properly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait about 1hour and 30minute just for taking regular medicines. There only 2 people before me . They also take regular medicines same as me. The staffs at front desk often chit-chatting like theres nothing to do. I really dont recommend for people who want to take regular medicines at this clinic. Bad managements
