★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice and convenient condominium complex to stay. There are shops like Mr DIY, Aeon, Guardian, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Optical stores, Computer hardware store, Bakery shop, Pet grooming, Chinese, Thai, Korean BBQ RESTAURANTS, etc.

The guards asked me to park at B1 visitor parking. But other guards clamped my car at B1 visitor parking.
There are only a few staircases up from B1 to LG3. As a visitor, you can only take the stairs up because you got no pass to take the elevator. There was once, the stairs were locked after my class. Told the guards, and he rudely asked why I parked down there.
All guards have different procedures to register visitors before we can go upstairs. Some say register, some say no need, one had to call and ask his colleague how to register. Some say 'ask Resident to come down', some allow me access, some ask me to go home 'visitor cannot come'.
Everyday different guards, not visitor friendly place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Private residence with mall under the residence. Not lots of shop but much more calmer and beautiful for weekend hang out.
The amenities is comfortable and easy to access for residence.
The entrance to the mall/residence is a nightmare to be honest. So confusing and using google maps is a headache to get there.
