★ ★ ★ ★ ★ be careful with united/uoa carpark!
to get back you deposit, they will ask you to fill up forms when returning your parking card, stating that the deposit will be bank-in later into your account with the details that you’ve given; but then didn’t inform you anything;
when you followed-up, they said deposit is forfeited because card’s damage even though you have been using it without any issue and they accepted it during the return.
i heard nothing after five (5) months, when i followed-up, deposit is said to be forfeited because card’s damage; though i have been using it without any problem and during the return, the card was accepted.
not just the terrible process, if i didn’t check and/or followup, i wouldn’t know, after five (5) months of nothing!
worst customer service from united/uoa carpark!
i’d also followed-up with e-Mails because united/uoa carpark hardly pick up calls as well!
please, whoever had the same situation, lets join to report to the police, the ministries and its management;
about the process, the terrible customer service and unacceptable treat to customer in this difficult time of economy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So terrible, validated my cashless parking ticket and still get charged. Ask for a refund and what I get is just a ''No' without knowing the reason and situation. The girl working at parking ticket validation doesn't smile and watching video non stop while working. I believe the ticket validation doesn't work because of this irresponsible staff careless mistake.
