★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two cashiers on duty after office hrs had led to long Q especially for those who had to make payment for only 1 to 3 items. The shelvings of products need to be restudied. The pricing of some of the products were much higher than the Mid Valley outlet which I visited to renew my membership card. I was aghast that no point wud be given for the purchases even after 2 - 3 hrs of renewal. I suggest Aeon stop issuance of membership card that is outdated, inconvenient, inefficient, adds unneccessary cost to customers, also cubersome n bad for the environment.
During my previous trip, the young thin girl at the customer service in Bangsar South outlet didnt seem suitable for the job. She spoke with Indon accent, n had no hesitation in displaying her displeasure that her chatting with a male staff was being interrupted. To me, she lacked the intelligence n attitude to be on the service counter. She was otherwise busy on her mobile. Wondering why a person who was not custermer orientated was put on that job.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it as it very near to office space and free parking redeemable for above rm20 purchase. Many variety and fresh. Price is still affordable with many offer compared to other grocer. During noon many food choices to eat. Love the self pay aisle still scan by user.so convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just not a good place to shop when there's so many other places that are great nearby. My last two trips have involved chicken that is off when I bought it, and actually not being able to buy canned drinks unless I go to the customer service desk. It's a joke of an operation. Go to Village Grocer instead.
