β β β β β We did come to the show gallery (Kota Damansara) but the sales assistance looked like a bit judgemental & it seem like she was forced to assist us..juz piece of advice, pls dont judge a book by its cover..its ok, will consider other choices..tq 4 ur assistance ?

β β β β β Disappointing - as we were just outside of the shop at 10am and the person attending to our phone call insisting for us to make an appointment although their shop was empty. ??ββοΈ Would have given zero star for poor work ethics.

β β β β β Went there yesterday. No other customer was present at the time. One staff can be seen from their glass door. Since she didn't seem to hear the door bell, we had to press again to attract her attention. She let us in and we explain our intension. After closing the door, she just left us there. We walk around their showroom hoping that someone would assist us. After 10 minutes viewing their show units until we reached their staff cubicle, notice that there are other staff as well and none taken the initiative to provide assistance. Therefore, we decided to leave and bring the business else where. Not worth to spend my 20K for this company.

β β β β β very disappointed with their workmanship by paying so much expensive compare to others brand. at the end the outcome of the cabinet is lower than IKEA standard. Do not engage them if you want a hassle free N responsible team. Bad experience.
