★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a very bad customer service from unprofesional management (old lady known as Ms Wong) & inexperience sales staff (known as Suzan & Yvonne) during thier grand warehouse sales activity before fasting month 2019. All the question asked seems wrongly answered by them or not sure if they simply trying to hide the facts.
If we really observed the product & its label. We will notice the products sells for thier warehouse sales infront of their factory are actually already expired or having a quality problem, but the product relabelled.
One manager introduced his name as Terence has performed a juice mixing to my team during warehouse sales activity to proved to us that the concentrate product was still in good condition even after expired. Coincidently my colleague (he is a juice expert) was together with us & he confirmed that the concentrate, cordial & rtd products selling during warehouse sales are all expired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling sub standard product. All the return and expiry stocks from the hypermarket they mixed with new stock as camourflage and resell as warehouse sales. They changed to the new label and reprint the expiry date. Especially during fasting month. Jakim and KKM should monitor this unethical business conduct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the management should not let the website/internet content /administrator to entertain or reply all the negative comment publicly. People may see clearly from the comments and reply that your company is having an internal problem wth many employee, not only 1 staff. (esp all the negative comments are stated different name, profile, acct, race and mostly back dated many years back) shows here it clearly came from different people. Your threaten to lodge police report on the negative comment may lead to disclosure more negative side on your company repo. The ex employee knws best about the internal issue and they might counter attack by using all the prove that they have publicly. As the website expert we knw the 5 star given are all dated within same date and 1 star are all from different date, even different year long ago.
