★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the pediatric emergency. My 1 year old son had 39c fever. We waited 4 hours and were not called (our number was skipped). Warning: you have to pay 60 rm registration fee upfront and you can't cancel. Nurses are unfriendly and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admitted to emergency as I had sharp pain on my left eyebrow due to migraine. Very dedicated doctor and glad that the pain goes off after she injected a strong painkiller. Nurses are friendly too. Well done to the emergency team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular public hospital so queue is usually very long but the staff process clients’ number quite fast. Parking is limited and I would suggest you first try the covered car park located adjacent to Federal Highway by turning left pass the closer Metro covered parking on your right (next to the main entrance). If both fails, people then park on the opposite side of Jalan University having exit the hospital compound, turn right, pass traffic light and it’s on your left. My son had a tongue tie operation when he was 1 year old and I am very pleased with their service. I had 2 pile growth “rubber band” and could even walk then drive back home without any anaesthetic but I told the senior she-surgeon, I could not go through it with 15 student nurses looking at my back. She smiled and graciously shoo-ed them away but another she-surgeon assisted her. Lifts are popular so take stairs where possible. ?

Patient kept in ER for nearly 8 hours with now news for the patient's family -
not acceptable! No one at the front cares when approached for information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in the late afternoon. Medical officers and nurses were very helpful, friendly and professional. The emergency ward facilities appeared to be in somewhat good condition, though when the doctor sent me for a CAT scan, the machine had to be reset due to some technical problems. So I had to wait. The toilet in the emergency ward could have been in better condition.
