There’s one thing I should highlight is, to change courier service or else give us choice(s) to choose which courier service is more convenient for us to use, especially outside KL. Citylink was suck like hell at Melaka area! My parcel was lost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refund procedure is bad. Mentioned will receive refund within 14 working days and for a good 2months have not receive refund fully. 1st April 2021 they mentioned refund proceed and until today 9 June 2021 I have not received refund in full. The customer service is very bad, kept pushing and saying is Bank issue and another bigger joke is saying the refund has been done is just the transaction may not be show. So how can a transaction not shown and payment is in your bank and your balance doesn't go up either? And up yet unable to resolve the issue kept closing tickets from 'help enquiry'. Very dissapointing customer service and refund procedure.
