★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Malaysia's first park that turns wasted materials (such as tires, pallets, plastic bottles and so on) as decoration items and made a normal reservoir into a beautiful recreational park. All ideas and efforts are from the creativity of the staff of the Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP). We enjoy walking at the area but some of the motorist are inconsiderate and drove on the walking paths.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to be a good place for recreation activities with your kids and family. But too many teens are loitering and blocking the paths. Will disturb people that come for a jog. The path is not too wide . Some will throw the garbages as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upcycle Park - not sure what it means when cycling is not allowed (as told by a passerby). We checked for signboard for no entry for bicycles but could not find one. Nice little park beside MBSP headquarter with storm water lake and many tilapia fishes in it. Some people were enjoying fishing under the shady trees surrounding the lake.
