My mother loves it. Now she has the freedom of going upstairs and downstairs whenever she prefers without pain and hassle. The operation is easy and the chair moves quietly and gently. It’s a joyride.

Also gave us good advice and recommendations. Latest incident was some creaking sound of a section of stairlift rail. It was effectively adjusted by the team. Also very good advice given by the Boss n salesperson. Our family has full trust in the team. Look forward to the maintenance service and we are confident the team will do a great job too! Another important point is super fast response even during CNY. Well done and kudos to the team! 5 ? are well earned and respected! Keep it up and will refer to anyone who needs the stairlift.
